ARTIST
Growing up near Chicago, I had never visited the West. Many years later, my husband and I took a driving trip throughout the West, we fell in love with the history of cowboys, horses, and Native Americans. So I captured, over time, a collection of images of the Old West that I have developed into paintings, hopefully, in a manner you find appealing. I have always had a great fondness for wild and domestic animals. When my children were very young, I was a Docent at the Denver Zoo, giving walking tours to visitors. The love I feel for animals is reflected throughout my art. I hope you will share these images with me and enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoyed painting them. Perhaps you will find a unique image that reminds you of someone or some extraordinary place you fondly remember.Â
